Created in 2020, The Ministry of Investment, Entrepreneurship, and Industry (MIEI) is the ‘business hub’ of Seychelles, overseeing investment, entrepreneurship, and business-related affairs. Its role is to enhance the investment and business environment through the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of policies that will shape a successful entrepreneurship strategy, reboot the economy, ensure competitive advantage, and generate wealth and employment for the entire nation.

In addition to its internal capacity, MIEI relies on, and steers its mandate through a cluster of entities, departments, and agencies.
