Senior Management Team
The Senior Management Team is headed by Minister Mrs Devika Vidot. Its other members are the Principal Secretary Mr Michael Nalletamby, CEO for the Seychelles Investment Board, Ms Anne Rosette, the CEO for Industrial Estates Authority, Mr Roy Collie, the CEO for the Enterprise Seychelles Agency……, the CEO for Seychelles Bureau of Standards, Mr Andy Ally, the DCEO of Seychelles Licensing Authority, Mrs Jessica Larue.
The Team meet on a regular basis to discuss ongoing matters within the Ministry, assess key deliverables and monitor projects’ updates. They maintain an open door policy with members of the public and adopt a collaborative approach with members of staff. The Team is guided by the Ministry’s core values and encourage all their team members to do the same; Teamwork, Respect, Customer Centric, Accountability and Integrity.

Seychelles Investment Board
As CEO of the Seychelles Investment Board (SIB), Anne Rosette leads the country’s efforts to attract and facilitate investment that drives economic growth, sustainability, and national development. With over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors in the UK and Seychelles, she brings strategic vision and expertise to position Seychelles as a premier investment destination.
Under her leadership, SIB has spearheaded key initiatives such as the development of the Seychelles SDG Investor Map, the Victoria Waterfrontand the Kato Nwanr development projects, aligning investment opportunities with the country’s long-term goals. Ms. Rosetteis a Board Member of the Financial Services Authority (FSA), and during her tenure as Board Member of the COMESA Regional Investment Agency (RIA), she aims to strengthen Seychelles’ presence in region and build robust international investment networks.
A dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, she champions policies and programs that support female leadership in business and investment. . Through her leadership at SIB, she strives to create an investment climate that fosters innovation, inclusivity, sustainable development, attracting responsible investments that contribute to environmental and economic resilience, aiming for long-term prosperity for the Seychelles.
